Program
Day 1
Arrival in Menorca; check-in at the hotel / introduction, intake, and dinner at the location.

Day 2, 3 and 4
Three day coach-hiking tour with sessions: (individual) coaching / yoga / outdoor swimming.

Day 5
Check-out after breakfast and return to Amsterdam.

Cost
The cost for this pilot program is € 1250,-.
This includes:

• Flight;
• Transfer from Menorca airport to the hotel and vice versa;
• 4 nights’ accommodation in a single room;
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day;
• Drinks during breakfast, lunch, and dinner;
• Multi-day coaching session;
• Luggage storage during the 3-day hiking tour
• Insurance.

Required
Good hiking shoes, swimwear, and a small backpack to survive for 3 days (2 nights). The rest of the luggage will be stored.

Excludes:

• Transfer from Schiphol / home location;
• Additional drinks outside breakfast, lunch, and dinner 😊.
