This concerns the following: 

• that parcipants are advised by the organiser (‘Trails of Menorca’) to be in a good state of health and fitness prior to parcipaon; 

• that there are inherent risks/dangers for the parcipants associated with the acvity/acvies in which the parcipants will parcipate, including – but not limited to – the risk of property being damaged/lost, the risk of emergency services not being able to reach the parcipants in me, the risk of (serious) physical injury, and the risk of death; 

• that the parcipants themselves are responsible for their health and safety and that parcipaon is therefore at all mes expressly at the parcipants’ own risk; 

• that the organiser and all (supporng) persons connected with it and engaged by it (instructors, guides etc.) is/are at no me liable and responsible with respect to the parcipants or third pares (family/next of kin/heirs/carers) for any consequences (tangible/intangible loss) suffered by the parcipants or third pares in connecon with the parcipants’ parcipaon in the acvity/acvies; 

• that the parcipants have hereby expressly been informed by the organiser of the aforemenoned risks/dangers.
