Risk & Liability Declaration

The main client of the booking declares on his/her own behalf and on behalf of the other participants on the booking, hereinafter referred to as: “the participants” that the participantshave been informed that by making the booking all participants declare that they fully understand and accept it.

This concerns the following:

That participants are advised by the organiser (‘Trails of Menorca’) to be in a good state of health and fitness prior to participation.
That there are inherent risks/dangers for the participants associated with the activity/activities in which the participants will participate, including – but not limited to – the risk of property being damaged/lost, the risk of emergency services not being able to reach the participants, the risk of (serious) physical injury, and the risk of death.
That the participants themselves are responsible for their health and safety and that participation is therefore at all means expressly at the participants’ own risk.
That the organiser and all (supporting) persons connected with it and engaged by it (instructors, guides etc.) is/are at no means liable and responsible with respect to the participants or third parties (family/next of kin/heirs/carers) for any consequences (tangible/intangible loss) suffered by the participants or third parties in connectionwith the participants’ participation in the activity/activities.
That the participants have hereby expressly been informed by the organiser of the aforementioned risks / dangers.
